Clay Hamlin Clay W Hamlin, III is an American Businessman from Buffalo, New York. Mr. Hamlin is a Director, former CEO, and second largest individual shareholder of Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: OFC), which he co-founded in 1997.In his eight years as CEO, the Company grew to an enterprise value in excess of $4 billion, and received the highest total shareholder return of all publicly traded REITs. Mr. Hamlin is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of LBCW Investments, a privately held investment company investing in private equity, structured debt, and special opportunities, as well as public debt and equity securities. Mr. Hamlin received an MBA in accounting and finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University, and previously practiced as a Certified Public Accountant and as a corporate, tax and real estate lawyer.
